Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital services
Wildernessyouthe supplies digital micro-break content and professional services. We do not sell physical goods through this website.
2. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
If you are a consumer under New Zealand law, our services must be:
- carried out with reasonable care and skill;
- fit for any particular purpose you told us about;
- completed within a reasonable time when no time is set;
- charged at a reasonable price if price was not agreed beforehand.
If we fail a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund depending on seriousness). This policy does not limit those statutory rights. Business customers may agree otherwise in writing.
3. Subscription cancellation
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 14 days notice before the next billing date. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial refunds for unused days are not offered except where the CGA requires.
4. Refund eligibility
Annual Solo Desk Library: full refund within 14 days of first payment if fewer than three sequences were accessed.
Team Rollout Kit / Custom Design: deposits refundable before work begins; once discovery or design starts, deposits may be credited toward other services by agreement.
Facilitated sessions: cancellations more than 48 hours before the session receive a full reschedule or refund; late cancellations may incur a 50% preparation fee.
5. Fair Trading Act 1986
We describe services accurately on our website and in proposals. If advertising or sales material was misleading, contact us for correction or remedy.
6. How to request
Email connect@wildernessyouthe.world with your account email, invoice reference, and reason. We respond within five business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days where approved.
7. Disputes
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact Consumer Protection: www.consumerprotection.govt.nz or the Commerce Commission for Fair Trading matters.
